Support & Onboarding

Priority support and getting your organization started on Enterprise.

Enterprise plans come with hands-on help from the Kalima team, from your first kickoff call to ongoing priority support, so your whole organization can get up and running quickly and stay productive.

What Enterprise support includes

Enterprise is designed for larger organizations that need more than self-serve. Alongside unlimited usage limits, single sign-on, and custom branding, your plan includes a dedicated relationship with the Kalima team. That means prioritized responses when you have a question, onboarding assistance to set up your organization, teams, members, roles, and shared billing, single sign-on configured together with our team, and the option to pay by invoice with NET-30 terms instead of card-only billing.

Note

Priority support is part of the Enterprise plan. Plus, Pro, and Team customers are supported through Kalima's standard help channels, and every plan has full access to this help center.

Getting your organization started

Enterprise pricing and limits are tailored to your organization, so onboarding begins with a conversation rather than a checkout page. Here is what to expect.

1
Reach out to sales. Tell us about your organization, including roughly how many people, how you plan to use Kalima, and any security or procurement requirements such as SSO or invoice billing.
2
Agree on terms. We put together a custom plan with the limits, seat count, and pricing that fit your organization, billed by invoice with NET-30 payment terms.
3
Set up your organization. With onboarding assistance, you create your organization, add teams and members, assign roles, and configure shared billing and the funding order for your usage.
4
Configure single sign-on. If you use SSO, we set it up together with your identity provider so your team signs in with your existing credentials.
5
Roll out to your team. Invite members, share onboarding resources, and start transcribing, with priority support on hand if you need it.
Idea

Before your kickoff, it helps to know how you want to structure teams and who should be an admin. The Scaling Teams & Organizations guide walks through roles, shared balances, and funding order at scale.

Billing and invoicing

Enterprise is billed per seat on custom terms agreed with our team, and pricing is tailored to your organization rather than published as a fixed price. Instead of paying by card at checkout, Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms, which fits procurement and finance processes. Your invoices remain available in your Billing dashboard for accounting and expense records.
